A really close friend of mind is always telling me that i should become a dietitian.. i am interessed in living a healthy lifestyle and i can give advice , but it is not something that i would like to study later on in life. Summer is the time we all want to get into shape. Some people starve themselves, others spend 24/7 at the gym. In my opinion, the best way is to get into shape is the right diet, more cardio & if possible some spa procedures.
Here are some good detox cleanses to get your body ready just a few days before heading to the beach(also known as monodiets):
- Juice cleanse - 3 to 5 days of only fruit&vegatable jucies. Orange,grapefruit,apple,carrot & pinapple i find best..
- Butermilk (кефир)- 3 to 5 days. If it is difficult for you to only drink this dairy product you can add to 2 apples a day or 200gr of cottage cheese.
- A very good antioxidant is green tea, during the summer you can drink it hot or cold.. it is recommened to drink 2 glases a day.
