life&body


A really close friend of mind is always telling me that i should become a dietitian.. i am interessed in living a healthy lifestyle and i can give advice , but it is not something that i would like to study later on in life. Summer is the time we all want to get into shape. Some people starve themselves, others spend 24/7 at the gym. In my opinion, the best way is to get into shape is the right diet, more cardio & if possible some spa procedures.
Here are some good detox cleanses to get your body ready just a few days before heading to the beach(also known as monodiets):
  • Juice cleanse - 3 to 5 days of only fruit&vegatable jucies. Orange,grapefruit,apple,carrot & pinapple i find best.. 
  • Butermilk (кефир)- 3 to 5 days. If it is difficult for you to only drink this dairy product you can add to 2 apples a day or 200gr of cottage cheese.
  • A very good antioxidant is green tea, during the summer you can drink it hot or cold.. it is recommened to drink 2 glases a day. 
Getting the right amount of exercise is very important.. taking long walks, going to the gym, swimming, yoga, dancing! You can do your exercise at home everyday for 30minutes.. you can watch online videos to learn how to  strech different body muscles.
